CAA JapanPrint Palette provides photo and art printing services, including file review, paper and size consultation, test prints, and related print production. Any service is subject to confirmation of files, materials, quantity, and studio capacity, and the studio may decline unsuitable content or incomplete submissions.
WIPOCharges are based on the scope of the project and the materials and quantity confirmed for that project. Where a deposit or other payment is requested, the applicable amount and method will be confirmed before production begins, and the studio may suspend work until payment is received.
Any quoted timing, material choice, finish, or production arrangement is subject to confirmation and may change if files, stock, supplier availability, or studio capacity require it. The studio does not promise exact screen-to-print matching, and any proof or sample is only a reference for the approved production run.

To the extent permitted by law, Print Palette is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for differences arising from approved files, material variation, or customer instructions. Any liability for a proven claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where a different limit cannot lawfully apply.
